Why This Matters

Guest user accounts can accumulate over time, creating security blind spots if they are not regularly reviewed. Without periodic oversight, inactive guest accounts or accounts with inappropriate permissions could be exploited, increasing the risk of unauthorized access to your organization’s resources. Maintaining visibility into guest accounts helps ensure that only authorized external collaborators retain access.
