Business Impact Report
The Business Impact Report turns a technical scan into a clear, non-technical story for leadership. Instead of a wall of findings, it explains what your security posture means for the business: what the risk score represents, which business units are most exposed, and which fixes to prioritize first. It is generated by AI and available in 24 languages.
Every report is grounded only in your own scan results. The AI is given the failed checks from your scan and nothing else, so the narrative reflects your tenant, not generic advice.
What the report contains

Generating and viewing a report
Reports live on the Business Impact Report page in the dashboard.
- Open the page and select a completed scan from the list on the left.
- The report opens in a preview pane on the right. The first time you open a scan that was run before this feature existed, the report regenerates once to add the narrative, then displays.
- Use the language selector in the preview header to generate the report in any of the 24 supported languages. Technical terms (CIS, EIDSCA, MFA, and similar) stay in English so they remain precise; the surrounding prose is written naturally in the selected language.
- Use the Download button in the preview header to save the PDF.
A report is generated once per scan and language, then cached. Re-opening it does not regenerate it, and a scan whose results are unchanged from the previous scan reuses the existing narrative.
Languages
The report is generated directly in the language you choose, not machine-translated after the fact. Selecting a new language generates that language's report on demand and caches it alongside the others.
Pricing
- Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise): Business Impact Reports are included. A report is produced for each scan automatically.
- Free plan: reports are available per report. You can purchase a single Business Impact Report for a scan; once purchased, you can view and download it and switch its language.
Data protection and AI
The report is generated by AI that runs entirely within EU data boundaries, in the data region you chose at sign-up. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model. The AI is invoked only to generate your report, in the moment, for you. This use of AI is transparent, kept under human oversight, and aligned with the EU AI Act.
